I conduct business and represent myself in court as an arbitration lawyer. For 6 years of work in the fields of copyright and intellectual property protection in Texas, representing the interests of various organizations and joint-stock companies, I dealt with property and administrative disputes, dealt with the restoration of business reputation and others. I conduct legal due diligence, prepare petitions and other documents necessary for receiving a positive decision of the arbitration court. In my practice, as an arbitration lawyer, I understand that I must provide services in all categories of disputes that are considered by an arbitration court, because this speaks of knowledge of all the intricacies of arbitration. In my practice, I worked with clients and helped them with the recognition of property rights or other rights, several times I defended the reputation of a legal entity. I can find an approach to each case, whether it is bringing to administrative responsibility or penalties for failure to fulfill obligations. In fact, in my arsenal there is also a practice of changing or terminating concluded contracts, challenging previously concluded transactions with partners and recognizing existing contracts as invalid consequences arising after the termination of the contract.
